I've been coming here to get sandwiches a lot which are great. Encouraged to use the app to rack up a rewards but when downloaded it either will not open or will not let me click create account. What good is it if you can't create the account and use the app? Keeps giving a low connectivity error message upon clicking on the app. No connection yet same error message when trying to login. tells me that the error message is from your servers #15! Mult. tries, giving up!!!
06/2025 Update: Cart doesn't save - can't pick out items ahead of time & come back when ready to order. If edit item in cart, customizations aren't saved so must reselect all options. Ordering not tied to inventory so can order & pay for out of stock items. Milk alternatives & flavors available for some drinks, not others. Can't take screen shot of receipt, it returns a black screen. Can't pay with a combo of gift card and credit card, so have a gift card with a small amount that I can't use!
Tried to log into the app and had to change my . I was able to change it successfully after a couple of attempts. Tried to access the app and had to change my password again. Now, it keeps sending me to the website where I have to login. Entered my login info and I keep being rerouted to the login page. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing keeps happening. It's like it's stuck in a loop.
Great convenience store but, like others I echo how lousy the app is! I swapped phone and have been trying for three days to log into the app so that I can use points but, no go. I have Uninstaller and pre-installed several times and after entering the correct credentials it takes me in an endless loop of taking me back to the log in screen. Please fix this app!
love wawa, hate this app. is it absolutely ridiculous that I have to have my location turned on just to see the menu. so idiotic that I can't see my favorite stores or order without my location. I'm an adult, I can choose the correct store and drive to it myself. you do not need to data mine my information just for me to use an app for a gas station. also extremely buggy. the menu doesnt match the store very often. very confusing that such a successful company can't seem to maintain an app.
