Real Experience Using ESO Surveyor
Application Scenarios
Throughout my time using ESO Surveyor, I've found it incredibly versatile for a variety of scenarios. For instance, during a recent community health assessment, I used the app to gather feedback from residents regarding local health services. The customizable survey templates allowed me to tailor my questions to address specific community concerns. Additionally, while working on a project for my local non-profit, I utilized the app to collect data on community engagement initiatives, enabling me to analyze how effectively we reached our audience.
User Experience
The user interface of ESO Surveyor is refreshingly intuitive. From the moment I downloaded the app, I was greeted with a clean and organized layout. Navigating through the various features was a breeze, which made the learning curve almost non-existent. The workflow felt natural; I could easily switch between creating surveys, collecting responses, and analyzing data. Performance-wise, I experienced minimal lag, even when using it in offline mode. Overall, my feelings after using the app are overwhelmingly positive—it's a reliable tool that enhances my ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
Pricing
ESO Surveyor offers a flexible pricing structure that accommodates different user needs. The app has a free version with basic features, which is perfect for individuals or small projects. For more advanced features and higher response limits, I opted for the premium subscription, which is reasonably priced and offers great value. This tiered pricing model ensures that users can start for free and scale up as their needs grow, making it accessible for everyone.
Updates & Support
One aspect that truly impressed me about ESO Surveyor is the commitment to regular updates and robust customer support. I’ve noticed frequent updates that enhance functionality and introduce new features based on user feedback. Whenever I encountered a minor issue, the support team was quick to respond, providing solutions that were both helpful and comprehensive. This level of support shows that the developers genuinely care about their users’ experiences.
Security & Privacy Review
As a user concerned about security and privacy, I was relieved to find that ESO Surveyor is available through official app stores, such as the App Store and Google Play. This ensures a level of safety, knowing that the app has undergone necessary vetting processes. During registration, I only had to provide essential information, which minimized the amount of personal data shared. Importantly, I noticed that ESO Surveyor is free from unnecessary ads, which can sometimes compromise user privacy. There’s also a transparent privacy policy outlining how user data is handled, giving me confidence in the app's commitment to safeguarding my information. Overall, my experience indicates a strong focus on user security, making it a trustworthy choice for anyone looking to conduct surveys.

It's very useful but the user interface might be one of the most unintuitive things I've seen in my entire life. E.g. it offers the ability to hide items you've already collected so as to make hunting the remainder easier. All fine and good. I've spent the last half hour trying to figure out how to un-hide all those collectables for another toon. Figured it out, but very unintuitive. Also books, and occasionally starshards, inside of towns are NEVER located where this app says they are.

I play ESO on Playstation and since I don't have add ons, I'm always looking for useful tools to make the grind easier. I constantly am doing surveys and treasure maps, and while I have a different app that shows me where those are, this allows me to zoom in more, references the map picture and, best of all, I can mark them off as I complete them when I'm trying to do a set. Very much worth the $2! Thanks!!

Lifesaver app. Best $2 I've ever spent. Thanks for keeping it up to date. Only complaint is there are a few surveys and maps in the wrong spot, they're a little off. I can't remember them all off the top of my head. Khenarthi treasure maps II & III are 2 of them. Would be nice to have an in app option to report errors.

Has great promise. Sadly missing key features, like any collectibles that aren't surveys and treasure maps. No delve boss locations. No fragments. Just surveys and treasure maps. Updated for Necrom which is a plus. The map feature is *chef's kiss* amazing. Love being able to zoom as far as it allows, and loads fast on my modern phone. If ESO Helper were up-to-date, we would have some issues. Will adjust my review if they address these issues. Update: Dev is quick to respond and helpful!

amazing app to go with the game, my only comment is that it would be lovely to be able to use this on a computer. my phone screen is tiny (and my kids always run off with my phone) and my laptop is always next to me. This app is so much easier than any of the looking up online sites. Other than that, AMAZING!
