Features & Highlights
If you’re looking for a reliable platform to help you navigate the world of antiques and collectibles, WorthPoint is a treasure trove of information. This app is designed not only to help you value your items but also to provide insights into the market. Here are some of the standout features that make WorthPoint a must-have for collectors and sellers alike:
Real Experience Using WorthPoint
Application Scenarios
As an avid collector of vintage toys, I frequently use WorthPoint in various situations. One of my favorite scenarios is when I’m at flea markets or estate sales. Equipped with the app on my phone, I can quickly check the market value of any item I come across. Just last weekend, I stumbled upon a rare action figure that I had been searching for. Thanks to WorthPoint, I was able to confirm its authenticity and value on the spot, which helped me negotiate a fair price with the seller.
User Experience
The user interface of WorthPoint is straightforward and welcoming. Upon opening the app, I am greeted by a clean dashboard that makes it easy to access different sections, such as search, community discussions, and educational resources. The search functionality is robust; I can filter results by category, date, and price, ensuring that I find exactly what I need. The app's performance has been consistent, with fast loading times and minimal glitches. Navigating through historical sales records feels seamless, and I appreciate the detailed information provided for each item. Overall, my experience has been incredibly positive, and I find myself returning to the app regularly for updates on my collection.
Pricing
WorthPoint offers a subscription-based model, which might initially seem like a financial commitment, but the value it provides is well worth it. Pricing starts at around $19.99 per month, with options for annual subscriptions that reduce the monthly cost. For me, the subscription has paid for itself several times over, especially when I’ve been able to sell items at their true market value.
Updates & Support
WorthPoint regularly updates its features and database, ensuring that users have access to the most current information available. Their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions about my subscription or app functionality. Additionally, the community aspect allows users to help each other out, which is a pleasant touch that enhances the overall experience.
Security & Privacy Review
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and WorthPoint does a commendable job in this regard. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets standard security protocols. When registering, I was required to provide basic personal data, such as my name and email address, which felt reasonable given the nature of the service.
WorthPoint does not bombard users with ads, which is a relief. Instead, the app focuses on delivering relevant content and insights. Additionally, it respects user privacy by not engaging in intrusive tracking behavior. I appreciate that my data remains secure and that the company is transparent about its data usage policies. Overall, I feel confident using WorthPoint, knowing that my personal information is taken seriously.

Do NOT try the free period. I did and found the app didn't fit my needs. when I went to cancel before the free period expired, it noted I needed to cancel the subscription through the place I purchased...no other options to cancel. Considering I purchased directly through WorthPoint, it's a scam. I did reach out to WorthPoint for assistance and no one responded.

I did not like this app. It's complicated to search for anything. I never found a single thing I was looking for. And for what they want each month, it's not a great idea. Especially when there are numerous other FREE ways to search for items (Google lens, ebay, etc.) that are much more simple to use. And watch your accounts! I canceled well within the time and they still charged me for a full month. I will give them kudos for refunding me though. I sent them an email and had a refund next day.

Was a customer for several years. Good idea what they are doing but needs quite a bit of work. Buggy. Searches turn up irrelevant items mixed in which makes it very hard and time consuming to look through. Had issues with my password several times it wasn't letting me log in. I gave it 3 stars because it used to be better. If I was rating based on the last year I would give it one star. The issues with irrelevant items clogging search has always been an issue tho.

I didn't find what I was looking for on the free trial for 30 minutes then canceled. Item's value was blocked, because I had to pay to see prices. Overall they have a nice website/app. But it's not for me, will be deleting my account. It's sad, because I wanted to compare the value of my coins with other coins. I could've learned a lot. Sometimes one just wants to be excited, it's the excitement that keeps me around.

I think its a great resource but it takes so much time to search for any item having only 20 items per page with many unrelated items thrown in. To be paying a little over $20/mo for the basic subscription it should have better search features/filters. But with that being said, there really isn't any other comparable online resource that I've found to be better at the moment. Rock and a hard space for sure.
