The app is good enough but the pick up service is horrible. They substituted items they didn't have with items that were not acceptable, full sugar items for diet drinks for example. I would rather they just deleted those items and credited my bill. When I tried to return items they tried to tell me I had to get my refund from Instacart. I picked it up at the store. They took it back in the end. I won't be using this anymore.

Constantly getting worse - not sure how that's possible. App always lags. Parts of the app cover other parts. When you click to add an item to the list the notification that it was added is hidden under the keyboard so you add it 8 times not knowing the button was actually clicked. The search now only looks for one word of what is searched making it timely to find what you're looking for. Get it together, guys. It's been over a year of ruining a literally perfect app.

This app is too over engineered for absolutely no reason. Example: you can't just find a product to get a price; you have to search, filter and have the exact spelling of a product to get the price. But only if it's in the correct main category. That is beyond ridiculous and the opposite of user friendly. If this app is meant to drive away business, it is doing a great job. I don't know of any other app that is this frustrating to use. 👎

App when it works is pretty good, but it takes forever to load (shows splash screen). Not great when I'm trying to check out and want to pay with the app. I end up just paying with my credit card as normal. Besides that I liked the list making feature and how it separates everything by aisle, it makes shopping easier and quicker. Easier to see what could be in stock too. But please fix the splash screen issue because otherwise there's no point in using it.

This app is really bad and honestly doesn't work 2/3 of the time I'm at the store needing my list. the app load is unreal it takes sometime 5+ minutes to load. meanwhile I can go to Publix com in a browser and load he exact same web app within a second. there is something very wrong with the app. it's easy to use and well laid out, but totally worthless due to not working when needed.
