App SUCKS! It doesn't work on the latest version of Android (15) and the only thing you can save is music, any of the others like ringtones, alarms, or notifications when you try to save it it pops up an error so fast then take it away and goes back to the main menu. so if you go into preferences and try to change your save to folders no matter what you call them or where you tell it to save it says it doesn't have permission to write there.
I have been using ringtone maker for a few years. There was only one time I remember it being glitchy and it was fixed with the next update. Thank you developer (s) that actually made an app that goes the distance. I tried a few before I found this one and they all bombed within a few months. I have made great ringtones for myself and many others.
Works pretty good and easy to pick and edit music from your downloads and you can use any part you want and as short or long as you want. installed on new phone now adds cover controls and can't be removed or moved to another area. this pretty much makes it useless. down form 5 stars to 2 in hopes of it being fixed. the Google add covers the bottom of the screen and the controls. I tried to remove it but it can't be removed. also when you open app you have a really hard time getting rid of the f
Update: Still coming back 8 years later! I don't use it often, but anytime I need to make a song into a ringtone or notification, this is my go-to. After years of using on and off, I should make a review. I LOVE this app. Very user friendly. The first time I installed it, I knew exactly how everything worked. It works flawlessly every time and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who wants a simple, quick, accurate ringtone maker. Also the trimming and visible audio levels are amazing <3
This app used to work like a dream; it was a Godsend. Now it doesn't save the file right. It only seems to save some of it, so it's just not worth keeping. Due to the countless songs I've edited with it, I'll wait til the next update to see if that fixes the problem, but I'm also gonna give you 30 days. Sorry to sound so demanding, but this is just getting really old... Easily worth a 5 star rating if it works right though.
