Look lime scooters are great. Easily available, easily rideable, and fun. However, when you try to end the ride, the timer keeps going and dragging you back to "end ride button". While it might not cost much, if you use it alot you tend to notice that this error isn't getting fixed, because it solely benefits Lime with the extra revenue while inevitable charging customers. Secondly, if you come across a faulty scooter, there is no refund. Even if you park it down the block and pickup another one

I hope I have better luck next time

I have had the worst experience with Lime and I don't think I will ever be using it again. I thought it would help me out when I was stranded last night 7 miles from home and 5 hours until the buses were running again. The map feature is so terrible I was unable to locate the scooter for almost an hour and then it was a block from where I was at the start of my search. I started off towards home and then I was stopped by the app from a no go zone. I was going on the frontage road that the bus ro

the newest update has taken away its ability to to recognize GPS. I picked up a scooter to speed up my time to pick up food . when I return to the same spot 5 minutes later . I was forced to park a quarter a mile away . completely negated the time that I would have saved and forced me to pay money . I had to drive a quarter of a mile away to park. why even bother using these things? they're supposed to be convenient.

Glitchy. half the time it just reads "something went wrong. please try again later" on opening and trying to scan a bike or scooter. no further explanation. And even when it does open and scan correctly it no longer allows you to use the "helmet verification $1 discount" feature that has been available for 5 straight mos, and then suddenly disappeared. And as such, so did the helmets on riders all around Seattle - whom were previously wearing helmets as a direct result of that discount.
