Mostly positive however the discount for Aaronoff Broadway Series is exaggerated, it is nowhere near 50%, it varies with the show but on average only around 20%. Also I wish there was an app to use on my laptop, which is much easier for me to use for ticket purchases and general research on arts activities, than my phone.
